This guide and any addendum or supplements supersede all previous Service Guides and other prior statements concerning the rates and conditions of Mera Target ' service to which it applies. Mera Target reserves Mera Target the right to unilaterally modify, amend or supplement the rates, features of service, services, Tariff, and Terms and Conditions in this Service Guide applicable to all customers without notice.
All modifications, amendments or supplements may only be authorized by an officer of Mera Target or successor positions, but no other agent or employee of Mera Target (nor any other person or party) is authorized to do so. This restriction in modification does not apply to a modification applicable to a single customer and included in a Mera Target ' Sales or Customer Automation Agreement. You will not hold the Company or its contractors, delivery personnel, as applicable, responsible for any loss, damage or injury that results from your access to or use of the Services, or use of the Application, including and without limitation to any loss, damage or injury to any of the article.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Customer's access to the Application and the Services with or without notice and to exercise any other remedy available under law, in the following cases: i) Customer breaches any terms and conditions of this Agreement; ii) A third party reports violation of any of its right as a result of the Customer's use of the Services; iii) Customer provides fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete information to the Application or in relation to the use of the Services; iv) the Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information provide to the Company by an Customer; v) the Company has reasonable grounds for suspecting any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity on part of such Customer; or vi) the Company believes in its sole discretion that Customer's actions may cause legal liability for the Customer, other Customers or for the Company or are contrary to the interests of the Application. Once temporarily suspended, indefinitely suspended or terminated, the Customer may not continue to use the Application or the Services and if the Services are availed through Application, then under the same account, a different account or re-register under a new account. On termination of an account due to the reasons mentioned herein, such Customer shall no longer have access to data, messages, files and other material kept on the Application by such Customer.
