Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Customer can cancel the order at any time before the order has been initiated or completed by the courier
Full money will be refunded for unsuccessful delivery (not attributable to the customer) or order cancelled and notified to the Company 2 Hours prior to the pick-up time for delivery. The refund shall be subject to deduction of applicable statutory levy, if applicable.
Completion of the order is defined by courier visiting pick up and at least one delivery location within the order schedule. In such instances refund cannot be initiated. Customers can also write for any cancellation disputes to firstname.lastname@example.org and our investigation team will see each case in order within 2 working days. Written conclusion in the form of response on email will be given on every request.
Refund shall be made to the same source from which it was made e.g., bank account (in case of net banking) and credit card (in case of credit card payment)
All credit cards refunds are subject to applicable transaction charges.
Company will endeavour to refund the refundable amount within 15 to 20 working days.
